Prior to your appointment could you please move all smaller items such as toys, clothes books and smaller items of furniture that you can, to make it easier for us to work, we will move larger items of furniture that can be moved for you, if it is stable enough to do so, no electrical items such as TVs will be moved. You must advise technician which items are to be moved as they won’t move unless instructed to do so.

To ensure quickest possible drying times make sure the room is well ventilated by opening windows and to also turn heating on this will speed up the drying process and allow moisture to escape carpet.
Please make sure there is parking accessible outside of the property if not please inform us.
Could you please try to give us 24 hours notice in cancelling or amending appointment. Payment via cash on the day. We will send a confirmation text evening before appointment please reply to confirm, if no reply appointment will be cancelled and need to be re booked.

How it works is we use an industrial twin jet extraction System so what that does basically it shoots jets deep in to the fibers of the carpets/sofa and we then extract it in to a waste tank we extract about 95% of the moisture out
Drying times can vary and comes down to a lot of factors such as type of fabric, air temperature, air circulation
carpets take up to 6-10 hours to dry but average time is 3-4 hours and sofas take up to 8-12 hours but average is 5-6 hours.

You must inform the office when booking that a sofa is Laura Ashley These sofas have a fire retardant which reacts when cleaning causing them to turn pink. We will refuse to clean.
If you don’t let us know and we clean we can’t be held responsible. We must be informed within 5 days of your clean if any issue or marks re appear after the 5 days we will not be responsible.

Amendments or cancellations less 24 hours will be liable for the cost of the clean.
