After being recommended to me, Neat recently cleaned all 3 bedrooms, 2 flights of stairs/landings and an old living room rug. Arrived on time, very efficient and completed everything in less than an hour. All the carpets looked great, even the old rug had a new lease of life! The whole house smelt so fresh. This time round I rang them anxiously straight after my dog ? all over our lounge carpet. Initially they didn't have any slots for a week but after finding out I have a toddler and not wanting her to play on the disgusting floor they shuffled things around and fitted me in! I'm so so grateful as I know i must've made the day very very tight for them. My daughter even stayed asleep the whole time. Needless to say I hugely recommend them to everyone!! Thank you ⭐

Had a lounge carpet and sofa cleaned yesterday, both very pale which is not a great choice when you have a black labrador ! The guys did a great job and left both carpet and sofa clean and fresh, even got rid of an old red wine stain. Would certainly recommend this company.

They weren’t particularly dirty but they have all come up sparking clean . The traffic flow area to lounge Looks so much better . Lucas was friendly efficient and fast ! All done in less than 2 hours ! Definitely recommend for value and standard of clean . my bedrooms next ! Try them you won’t be disappointed!
